The factory headquarters located in Yinglin Town, Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, established in 1997 and put into production in January 1998, with more than 5000 employees. We are one diversified group company involving chemical industry, chemical fiber, textile, textile oil, building materials, paper product, engineering machinery, investment, trading and other areas.
The company is mainly engaged in the development, production and import and export trade of polyester products. We have an annual production capacity of 800000 tons of polyester, 350000 tons of polyester filament yarn, 250000 tons of polyester staple fiber, 190,000 tons of differential fiber and yarn, 30000000 meters of clothing fabric, 20000 tons of textile finishing oil, industrial lubricating oil and vehicle oil, 8,000,000 paper tubes of DTY/POY/FDY, 5,000,000 square meters of honeycomb cardboard, 200,000 cubic of Autoclaved aerated brick, 1000 sets of excavators and Grab machines.
Our polyester factories have 10 POY production lines and 6 FDY production lines, equipped with Germany Barmag WINGS, i-QOON, EFK, FK6-1000, JAPAN MURATEC 33H TEXTURING MACHINE . The products are PET chips, one-heater and two heater non-intermingled yarn, High intermingled yarn, micro-filament yarn, dope dyed color yarn and differential or functional yarn etc.
Our two staple fiber production lines can make not only regular cotton-type staple fiber, but also three-dimensional hollow fiber, spunlace fiber for non-woven fabric, high strength and low stretch sewing thread, feathers-like fiber and other differentiated staple fiber. Those products are sold to domestic market, Europe, Southeast Asia, and other countries and regions. The quality is deeply trusted by our home and abroad clients.
